According to everything I ever read about your monkey mind, our only hope for quieting our mind was to silence the monkey part by releasing it. For some reason, I always thought that releasing meant to banish it or send it away. It never occurred to me that our monkey mind, is actually a part of our mind, a part that has every right to be there.
After I read the book, Your Monkey Mind Connection, I see things in whole new way.
